Over the last 10+ years, Managing Director of Honest Hearing Ltd, Mimi Nakvi, has gained numerous qualifications. First acquiring a BSc (hons) degree in Psychology, followed by a second BSc (hons) degree in Audiology during which she received her Clinical Competency Certificate (CCC) giving her clinical scope to practice.

Mimi has acquired a wealth of experience by working in both the NHS and private sectors. Qualified as a Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD) as well as an Audiologist, she maintains both commercial and clinical skills allowing her to put her knowledge and expertise within Audiology into effective and practical use. Within her professional capacity she is a member of the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists (BSHAA) and also registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

With experience of management positions in national companies across the UK, Mimi decided to model her business and provide 100% home visits, by allowing customers the convenience of their natural hearing settings, as well as the necessary time required to understand their hearing in order to make fully informed decisions. Due to her exceptionally high standards of service and aftercare, she has been followed by some of her oldest clients from previous places of work and continues to help any client of hers where possible.
